Suero

What is suero? It is an ingredient in 0% cholesterol milk. Milk without cholesterol?  Yes. Looks like regular milk in the same plastic jug, but is basically a manufactured product - skim milk, powdered skim milk (literally translated "dust"), vegetable oil (to replace milk fat), suero  (whey), and your usual assortment of milk additives - vitamins and such. The only ingredient surprisingly missing is sugar.

This or ultra pasteurized boxed milk are the alternatives that we've found so far. Ultra pasteurized means ultra cleaned, not only of impurities, but also of much of its nutrition.  We have to look closer at Challo's or Sandra's for the real thing, or investigate the Mercado. Fresh raw milk may come with its own dangers. But there is a simple relatively easy way to convert that to cream cheese. Google "suero ".

  1. All you have to do is heat the raw milk to make it safe...don't remember to what temp...research it, a brother in Ecuador always heated his milk and fruits to serve to the public to make it safe....also watch this it can be used as a juice, plain or sweetened, I like it plain..it is high in vitamin c and some others..it is is called jimaica, or hibiscus flower...it is an edible variety common to Mexican and African cultures, and no doubt where you are...you make it like tea which would make it safe .. http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/agua_de_jamaica_hibiscus_tea/

Kefir could also help with the stomach issues, doubt you can buy it, but ask around you might be able to get the grains and make it with raw milk, if you think you have pick up parasite, ask locals they usually use wormwood tea, you can start it there. It CANNOT be given to Lydia I believe...at home follow up with the tea, black walnut, cloves...not always needed to use strong chemical meds

    1. Raquel brought stuff, but I haven't been good at taking it. I like the black walnut and clove ideas.
